Terms of use

We are a platform that connects pet owners with pet sitters. We don't provide the care ourselves: each booking is an agreement between the owner and the sitter. - Sitters are independent: they set their own prices, availability and way of working, and may work elsewhere too. They are not our employees. - The services are: dog walking, home visits, house sitting at the owner's home, and stays and day care at the sitter's home. A stay at the sitter's home is for one pet at a time, from one household, for up to 14 nights.

• You must be at least 18.
• Your details must be true. Keep your account secure and don't let others use it.
• You can download your data or delete your account in Settings.

• The owner sends a request with dates, pets and where the care happens; the sitter accepts or declines. The price you see before accepting is the price that applies.
• For now, the sitter is paid directly between you (private settlement). The platform charges no commission and doesn't handle that money. If this changes, we'll tell you before anything is charged.
• Sitters are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Each booking follows the cancellation policy you see before confirming it. Before you cancel, we show you what it means. Your rights as a consumer under the law are not affected.

• Contact details (phone numbers, emails, handles) in messages and reviews are hidden automatically, to keep both sides safe; you talk and arrange things through the platform.
• Reviews must be about a real booking and honest. They're published once you've both written, or when the 14-day window closes.
• What you upload (photos, text) stays yours; you let us show it on the platform as needed to run it.

• Fake profiles, misleading information or reviews.
• Harassment, threats, discrimination or illegal content.
• Mistreating animals, or neglecting a pet in your care.
• Using the platform for anything other than pet care.

You can report a profile, a message, a review, or a person you've dealt with. Our team reviews every report. When we decide something that affects you (such as removing content, a warning, a restriction or a suspension), we send you the decision and our reasons. You can reply through the contact form and we'll look at your case again.

The "ID checked" badge only means a moderator saw that the sitter's ID document and video match. It is not a criminal record check, and it says nothing certain about behaviour or the quality of care.

We do our best to keep the platform working correctly and safely, but we are not a party to the agreement between owner and sitter and are not responsible for how it is carried out. This doesn't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

We may change these terms. Every version stays available in this page's history. For significant changes we'll ask you to accept them before you go on; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.

Greek law applies. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection and the right to go to court that the law of the country you live in gives you. For anything, write to us through the contact form.
